Website Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Fiberpol corporate brand hub and the Fiberpol-operated brand websites described below. Fiberpol Inc. (“Fiberpol”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides these websites to introduce our business and brands, share information and connect visitors with the appropriate team.

Please read these Terms before using the websites. By using them, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1. Websites covered by these Terms

These Terms apply to fiberpol.com and the websites, subdomains, landing pages and related online features owned or operated by Fiberpol Inc. that display or link to these Terms (collectively, the “Websites”). This includes the websites for Novus Interiors by Fiberpol, Decoran by Fiberpol, Vantage by Fiberpol and Fiberpol Infrastructure, where these Terms are adopted.

The covered brand websites include novusinteriors.com, decoranbyfiberpol.com, vantagebarbados.com and infrastructure.fiberpol.com when they display or link to these Terms. Replacement or additional Fiberpol-operated websites may adopt the same Terms by identifying Fiberpol Inc. as their operator and making these Terms available to visitors.

A particular brand, feature, promotion or transaction may have additional terms. Those terms will be made available where relevant and will govern their specific subject matter if they conflict with these general Website Terms, subject to applicable law.

These Terms do not automatically bind an independently operated company, distributor, dealer or external website merely because it features or links to a Fiberpol brand. The relevant website or transaction documents should identify the responsible operator or contracting entity.

2. Purpose of the brand hub

The Fiberpol hub provides company information, introductions to our brands, our philosophy, Insights articles, project examples, testimonials, career information and enquiry routes. Specialist brand websites provide more detailed information about products, applications and services.

You may browse the Websites, review information, make enquiries and use available features for lawful personal or business purposes. Information on the Websites does not, by itself, constitute an offer to enter a supply, fabrication, installation, employment or other contract.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the Websites lawfully and respect the rights of Fiberpol and others. If you act for another person or an organisation, you must have authority to submit information or make the relevant request on their behalf.

You must not:

  • Submit information you know to be false or misleading, impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
  • Upload harmful code, spam, unlawful material or content that infringes intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy rights.
  • Attempt to access restricted systems, bypass security measures or interfere with the Websites or connected services.
  • Use automated tools in a way that disrupts service, imposes an unreasonable load or extracts substantial content without permission, except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Websites to harass others, commit fraud or promote unlawful activity.
Reproduce or exploit Website content beyond the permissions set out below or those provided by applicable law.

4. Intellectual property and permitted copying

Unless otherwise indicated, the Websites and their text, layouts, logos, graphics, photographs, videos and other content are owned by or licensed to Fiberpol Inc. Third-party brands, product names and content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view, download and print reasonable extracts for personal use or internal business and project planning, provided that ownership notices remain intact and you do not misrepresent the source or meaning. Technical downloads may contain additional licence or use conditions.

Other reproduction, adaptation, resale, public distribution or commercial exploitation requires the relevant rights holder’s permission unless allowed by law. You must not use Fiberpol or brand logos in a way that suggests an unauthorised association, approval or endorsement.

You may link to a publicly available page in a fair and lawful manner that does not mislead users about your relationship with us. Permission to link does not grant permission to reproduce our branding or frame our content as your own.

5. Accuracy and general information

We take reasonable care to present accurate and useful information, but errors, omissions and outdated details may occur. Please contact the appropriate team to confirm information that is important to a purchase, specification, application or project decision.

Insights, care articles and other educational content provide general guidance. They do not replace professional advice, a site assessment, current manufacturer instructions or the project-specific advice needed for your circumstances.

We may correct or update Website content. A Website update does not retrospectively change an existing quotation or contract. Nothing in these Terms excuses a misleading representation or removes responsibility imposed by applicable law.

6. Product images specifications and availability

Product ranges, colours, finishes, specifications and availability may vary by brand, market and time. Confirm the relevant details with our team before placing an order or approving a specification.

Photographs, renderings and online samples illustrate products and possible applications. Their appearance may differ from physical materials because of lighting, screen settings, scale and material variation. Review suitable physical samples and confirm selections where relevant before fabrication or purchase.

Furniture, appliances, accessories, fittings and other items shown in an image are included only if identified in your quotation or agreement. Project examples and testimonials describe particular experiences and do not guarantee identical outcomes for every customer. Your rights concerning goods supplied by description or sample remain unaffected.

7. Enquiries quotations and contracts

An enquiry submitted through the hub may be routed to the relevant brand, department or regional team. Provide accurate contact information and sufficient detail to allow that team to respond.

Submitting a form, requesting a quotation or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not, by itself, place an order, reserve stock, confirm an appointment or create a contract for products or services. An acknowledgement confirms receipt only unless it expressly states otherwise.

Formal quotations and transaction documents will set out the relevant scope, pricing, currency, tax treatment, validity period, payment requirements, delivery or installation arrangements and acceptance process. A contract is formed through the acceptance process specified in those documents, which may include electronic acceptance.

These Website Terms do not replace agreed sales, project, warranty, service or employment terms. They do not impose additional deposits, cancellation charges or payment obligations. Mandatory legal rights apply regardless of the terms used.

8. Prices promotions and financing

Prices, promotions and indicative lead times displayed on a Website apply only within their stated scope. Please check the relevant brand, dates, market, availability, eligibility and any stated exclusions before relying on an offer.

A promotion for one Fiberpol brand does not automatically apply to another. Where financing is offered, the relevant application, eligibility requirements, approval process and finance agreement apply. An enquiry or calculator result is not confirmation of credit approval.

Any correction to information affecting an existing transaction will be handled in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law. Posting a change on a Website does not, by itself, authorise us to vary an agreed price or cancel a binding order.

9. Interactive tools and technical information

Where available, calculators, visualisers, configuration tools and similar features assist with initial planning. Their results depend on the information entered and the limitations explained with the tool. Features may differ between brand websites.

A visualisation does not constitute an approved design, a guaranteed colour match or confirmation of product availability. A preliminary sizing or cost estimate does not replace the assessment required for a final specification or quotation.

Final dimensions, site conditions, material suitability, equipment capacity, installation requirements and regulatory requirements should be verified through the relevant professional or project approval process before work proceeds. This does not remove our responsibility for advice or services we agree to provide.

10. Information and materials you submit

Ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit photographs, plans, drawings, CVs, testimonials and other materials. Share only information relevant to your request and avoid sending passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information through general enquiry forms.

You retain ownership of your submissions. You permit Fiberpol Inc. to use, copy and share them with authorised staff and providers only as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry, assess an application, prepare a quotation or provide services you request, subject to our Privacy Policy and any agreed confidentiality obligations.

This permission does not transfer ownership or authorise unrestricted publication or commercial reuse. Sending project photographs or a testimonial does not automatically authorise us to publish your name, address or other identifying details. Any proposed marketing use will be addressed separately.

11. Careers and recruitment

Career content explains opportunities and ways to express interest in working with Fiberpol. Vacancy details, application requirements and deadlines should be confirmed in the relevant listing or with our recruitment team.

Submitting a CV or application does not guarantee an interview, placement or employment. Any employment offer will be communicated separately by an authorised representative and will be subject to its stated conditions and applicable law.

Candidate information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any recruitment-specific notice. Please ensure that application information is accurate and that you have permission to share referee or other third-party details.

12. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains the collection and use of personal information across the covered Websites, including enquiry routing between brands, recruitment, service providers and your privacy choices.

Cookie information and preference controls on each website explain the relevant tracking technologies and available choices. Agreement to these Terms or continued browsing does not itself constitute consent to optional cookies, group-wide marketing or unrelated use of your information.

13. External links and third-party services

The Websites may link to supplier resources, social media, review platforms, videos and other external services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices, and we do not control their independent content or practices.

A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement. A link between Fiberpol-operated websites remains subject to the terms published on the destination site. Where we integrate a third-party feature, any applicable additional terms will be identified where relevant.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that Fiberpol has under applicable law for its own services or for providers acting on its behalf.

14. Availability security and access restrictions

We take reasonable steps to maintain the Websites, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always be free from errors or security threats. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or security reasons.

Use appropriate security precautions on your devices. Where a feature provides login credentials, keep them confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk or a breach of these Terms. A restriction does not remove rights or obligations under an existing customer contract. We will provide notice where reasonable and appropriate, unless doing so would compromise security or a legal obligation.

15. Liability and your legal rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Your mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected, including rights relating to defective goods or services and misleading representations. These Terms do not waive or reduce those rights.

Subject to those protections, Fiberpol is not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable as a result of a breach of these Terms, or loss caused by your unlawful use of the Websites. We do not exclude responsibility for loss caused by our failure to exercise legally required care.

Responsibility arising from the supply, fabrication, installation or servicing of products is governed by the relevant customer agreement and applicable law. These Website Terms do not create an additional liability cap for those transactions.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Websites, services or legal requirements. The revised version will be published with an updated effective date. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention by reasonable means where appropriate or required.

Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter an existing order, contract or accrued right. Where legally required, we will obtain agreement to revised terms. Please review the version available on the relevant Website when you use it.

17. Governing law and general provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. The courts of Barbados have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to them, subject to mandatory rights to bring proceedings elsewhere or rely on protections available under applicable law.

Please contact us if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. Doing so first is encouraged but is not a condition of exercising a legal right or complaining to an appropriate authority.

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will not apply to that extent. The remaining provisions will continue where they can operate lawfully and fairly without it. A delay in exercising a right does not by itself waive that right.
