Fiberpol Cookie Consent Information

Last Updated: October 1, 2026

Fiberpol Inc. (“Fiberpol”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses this notice to explain cookies and similar technologies on its corporate brand hub and participating brand websites. It describes the choices available to you and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Websites covered by this notice

This notice applies to fiberpol.com and Fiberpol-operated websites that display or link to it, including Novus Interiors by Fiberpol, Decoran by Fiberpol, Vantage by Fiberpol and Fiberpol Infrastructure. These include novusinteriors.com, decoranbyfiberpol.com, vantagebarbados.com and infrastructure.fiberpol.com where this notice is adopted.

The technologies used may differ between websites. Each website’s Cookie Details section identifies its own active technologies, providers, purposes and durations. A shared notice does not mean that all brands use the same tracking tools.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your computer, phone or other device when you visit a website. They can support website functions and remember information between visits. Similar technologies, including local storage, tags and pixels, may also store or access information or track activity. This notice covers those technologies where used.

Some technologies are set by Fiberpol’s website; others are provided by external services. Session cookies normally expire at the end of a browsing session. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiry or until you delete them.

3. Cookie categories

Essential cookies

Support functions necessary to operate the website or provide a service you request, such as security and remembering cookie choices. These remain active and cannot be disabled through our preference panel. Browser settings may block them, but doing so may affect website functions.

Preference cookies

Remember optional settings to make visits more convenient. These are off unless you choose to enable them.

Analytics cookies

Help us understand visits, page use and interactions so we can improve website content and performance. These are off unless you choose to enable them.

Marketing cookies

Help measure advertising and deliver relevant advertisements. Where enabled, advertising partners may use identifiers and browsing activity to recognise your browser across websites. These are off unless you choose to enable them.

4. Making and changing your choice

Choose Accept All to enable all optional categories, Reject Optional to continue with essential cookies only, or Manage Preferences to select individual categories. Use Save Preferences in the panel to apply your selections. Continuing to browse or closing the banner does not enable optional cookies.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Preferences in the website footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from reading our main content or contacting our teams. Some optional features may remain unavailable until you enable the relevant category.

When you withdraw consent, we stop the optional tracking controlled by the categories you disable and remove associated cookies under our control where technically possible. Some third-party cookies may need to be removed through browser or provider controls. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out with valid consent before withdrawal.

5. Choices across Fiberpol brands

Your choice normally applies to the website, browser and device on which you make it. Consent on the Fiberpol hub does not automatically permit optional tracking on every brand website. Visiting a brand link does not itself grant consent on the destination site.

If a consent system offers to apply choices across named Fiberpol websites, it will explain which websites, purposes and providers are covered before you choose, and how to withdraw that choice. Until such an arrangement is expressly explained, manage your preferences separately on each site.

Cookie consent does not enrol you in newsletters or marketing messages from Fiberpol or its brands. Those choices are handled separately.

6. External content and providers

Where used, embedded videos, review widgets, maps, social media features or interactive tools may involve external providers receiving device or interaction information. The relevant website’s Cookie Details section identifies these technologies and links to provider privacy information. Optional tracking associated with those features remains blocked until you enable the relevant category.

A link to an external website takes you to a service with its own privacy and cookie arrangements. Our controls do not manage technologies on independently operated websites.

7. Cookie details and retention

Open Cookie Details from the preference panel to see the technologies actually used on the website. Each entry identifies the name, provider, purpose, category and duration, with relevant provider privacy information.

The cookie used to remember your choices is also listed there, including its duration. You may be asked to choose again after that period, if you clear website data, use another browser or device, or if a material change requires a fresh choice. Technical cookie expiry is separate from the retention of personal information described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Browser controls and privacy rights

Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect website operation. Browser controls may not cover every tracking technology, so use Cookie Preferences to manage optional tracking controlled by the website as well.

Rejecting marketing cookies does not remove all advertisements you may see elsewhere. It limits the tracking governed by your choices on the relevant website. For requests concerning personal information already collected, including access or deletion, see our Privacy Policy or contact us.

9. Updates to this notice

We may update this notice as website features, technologies or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Where a new optional purpose requires consent, we will explain it and request a new choice before enabling that processing.
